Why Coat Your Garage Floor with Our System?
Turn your garage into a warm, inviting multi-use room; protect your most abused floor from road salt, oil, rust, acidic cleaners, corrosives and grass stains. Also, you can reduce slip and fall accidents and clean-up without pressure spraying.Our floors are used in airplane hangars, so hot tire pick-up is a thing of the past. These materials are not available to homeowners, and our installers are 100% certified for their use.

Our Process
We grind your concrete floor, removing any old coatings, and establishing a CSP 2 for the mechanical bond of our materials to your floor. Power washing and acid etching will never match the bond created by grinding.
We fill any cracks we find after removing an old coating, or ones that have appeared over time on an unfinished floor. Once this is dry, it becomes part of our system, with a degree of flexibility in the materials.

 For Polyaspartics:

 We apply a base of color appropriate to your final project. If there are chips being broadcast onto the floor, we add them on top of the color. If there is quartz being applied, we broadcast it onto the floor here, both to the point of rejection. When the base is dry, the excess will be removed. Chipped floors will then be scraped to flatten any material standing up, and the floor will be cleaned off again.

 For Metallics:

 We apply a primer, usually black, to allow for maximum reflection of the metallic. Once dry, the metallic color of choice is rolled onto the floor. An accent color is then mixed, and poured into the base color. This is then blended to allow for designs to be created. No two floors will be the same, as the metallic flow differs with temperature, humidity, and level of the floor. This makes each unique and a piece of art unto itself.

 Once each floor is dry, clear coat will be applied to protect and preserve the finish. Two coats for Polyaspartics, one coat for metallics.
